3-year guarantee
If the zip, the seams or the pad grip fail under normal use in the first 3 years, we repair or replace that part. Washing on cold is normal use. This is separate from the 30-night trial.
What the 3 years cover
Chewing or digging. Burns, cuts, bleach. A wash hotter than cold, or high heat in the dryer. Normal pile wear. A spare cover is the practical fix for a chewed corner.

Send a photo
The order number and a photo. You do not need a separate receipt.

We check
A person replies. If it is the zip, a seam or the pad grip, we ship the replacement part.

You keep the rug
You do not send the rug back first. The new layer zips onto the pad you already have.

The trial starts the day the rug is delivered. Used and washed rugs are accepted. Free pickup. Refund of the original payment within 5 working days. The guarantee covers the zip, the seams and the pad grip for 3 years after that.
