Shipping
All 50 US states. We do not ship outside the US at launch. Free over $200. Under that, the cost is shown at checkout. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
Returns and the 30-night trial
The 30 nights start the day the rug is delivered. You do not need a reason. Used and washed rugs are accepted. Cuts, burns and bleach are not. Free pickup. The refund of the original payment is back within 5 working days.
Terms
An order is accepted when it ships. The 3-year guarantee covers the zip, the seams and the pad grip. It does not cover chewing, cuts, burns, bleach, or a wash hotter than cold.
California Prop 65
Prop 65 requires a warning when a listed chemical is above a set level. The notice for a rug, when the assessment requires one, is printed with that rug. This page does not invent a warning.
