You order
A confirmation email arrives with a number that starts with #CP. Reply to it within 2 hours if you need to change the size or the address.

We ship
The rug leaves the warehouse within 1 business day. Tracking is in the same email thread, and in your account.

It arrives
2 to 4 working days. Unroll, let it rest, and the 30-night trial starts the day it is delivered.
Returns
30 nights. We pick it up.
If it is the wrong size or the wrong rug, you do not need a reason. Used and washed rugs are accepted. We book a free pickup and refund the original payment within 5 working days.

Can I change my order?
Reply within 2 hours of the confirmation email (the number starts with #CP) with the new size or address.
When does the 30-night trial start?
The day the rug is delivered. Used and washed rugs can still come back.
